IHC Bush Breakdown & Cooking Extravaganza 

IHC holds regular bush breakdown and cooking demonstrations. We try to schedule between 1-2 events per year.

Each event will be a little different to the last, with different types of game and methods of cooking so you can attend one or more events, and learn something new each time. 

Our extravaganza's are not just a demonstration, but an opportunity for everyone to get involved.
